For certifying bodies

Run your certification on Qualeron.

A board with 400 certificants and a national body with 40,000 need the same things: a defensible examination, a credential anyone can check, and a renewal cycle that runs itself. The difference is that one of them cannot afford a six-figure platform contract to get it.

Illustrative example: a certifying body's own page on Qualeron before anyone signs in: the programs it has open, what each costs, when the sittings are and the way in, under its own name; behind it, what Qualeron administers; in front, the award, which the body decides and Qualeron never does.

01 The shape of it

You decide. We administer.

You set the eligibility requirements, write the examination, set the passing standard and award the credential. Qualeron administers everything around that decision — registration, payment, the sitting, results, the credential record and renewals — under your name.

You decide

  • The eligibility requirements and the evidence that proves them
  • The examination: its blueprint, its items, its forms
  • The passing standard, from a recorded standard-setting study
  • Who is certified, and what renewal requires Your decision

Qualeron administers

  • Registration, scheduling and payment on your own account
  • The sitting, its integrity and the results release
  • The credential record, the certificate, the badge and the public register
  • Renewals, continuing education, audits, lapse and reinstatement

Qualeron never decides who is certified. A verification result reflects the record at the moment it was requested, and the record is yours.

02 Who it's for

The platform is the same. The plan and the way in differ.

Four kinds of organization run certification on Qualeron; here is what each usually needs and where it usually starts.

  • Item banking and psychometrics

Usually Scale or EnterpriseCompare plans

03 Application Studio

How candidates apply, designed by you, without engineering.

One overview per program of how candidates apply — simple eligibility or a journey — what is asked, the fee, what waits on candidates and reviewers, and which version each applicant is pinned to. Every change is versioned and published through a lint that says what would block a candidate.

01

The form builder

Basic and professional questions, groups, conditions, validation rules, documents and who sees each answer — with autosave, undo and a checked import.

02

The workflow builder

Paths as rows over authoritative facts and candidate answers, a lint of blockers and warnings, saved scenarios with branch coverage, and a business-language diff between versions.

03

References

Structured questionnaires sent by one-time link, on a dashboard the candidate can follow, with a record of who answered and when.

04

Review operations

Reviewer pools, assignment, conflicts, checklists, service levels, committees and a decision with reasons — findings and correction requests against the candidate's working copy.

05

Communications

A catalog of messages for each moment, in your words, with a delivery record; the candidate's inbox mirrors what was sent.

06

Intakes, deadlines and fees

Rolling, fixed and recurring windows, timezone-correct deadlines, late periods and late fees, and application fees paid through the same checkout as everything else.

The candidate's side is a sectioned application with autosave, revision-checked saves, a read-through and an attested, immutable submission; corrections come back as successor versions with the before and after on record.

04 End to end

One record from the first question to the renewal reminder.

Each stage writes to the same record, so the evidence an accreditation submission asks for is produced as a by-product of running the program.

  1. Apply

A sectioned application with autosave and an attested submission.

  2. Review

Findings, correction requests and a decision with reasons.

  3. Schedule

Windows, seats held while a candidate pays, change fees you publish.

  4. Sit

A frozen paper, a server-held clock, a key that stays on the server.

  5. Score

A locked cut score, scaled scores, results released on your terms.

  6. Award Your decision

The credential record, the certificate, the badge, the register.

  7. Renew

Cycles, continuing education, audits, lapse and reinstatement.

05 Your brand

Your body has a page before anyone signs in.

At qualeron.com under your own name or on a hostname you control, carrying your logo, your color and your wording. It lists the programs you have open, what each costs, when the sittings are and the way in. Candidates arriving from your own website never feel they left it.

  • Logo, color and wordingOn your page, on candidate surfaces and on what you issue.
  • A hostname you controlYour body's pages on your own domain, with the same record behind them.
  • Certificates and badges in your nameIssued from the credential record; native Open Badges 3.0, verifiable by anyone.
  • A register under your namePublic verification by credential number, with the result as of that moment.

06 Money

Collected on your account, under your name.

Fees are collected on your own Stripe account. A candidate sees your name on the statement, and the money is yours from the moment it settles: Qualeron takes no percentage of it. You publish the whole price list before anyone commits to a seat — the examination fee, what a change of appointment costs, what a retake costs, what renewal will cost.

  • 0%of your certification revenue — candidates pay on your own account
  • $0per application, certificate, badge, voucher or renewal

Seats are held while a candidate pays and released if they do not. Refunds, disputes and fee waivers are governed acts with a name attached, not a spreadsheet. Vouchers, sponsored seats and promotional codes are part of the platform, not a module.

What you pay Qualeron is a subscription: four published plans, an included number of exam attempts a year, and a metered rate above it. Nothing is billed per application, certificate, badge, voucher or renewal.
