What it does
CE provider reporting, in Qualeron
You approve a provider and give it a reporting key. The provider reports completions for your credential holders, matched by credential number and the holder's details.
Accepted credit counts toward renewal. Duplicates are refused, a reversal keeps the history, and a provider learns nothing about anyone who is not your credential holder.
- One reporting key per approved provider
- Up to 200 rows a report and 2,000 a day
- Reversals that keep the history
Your data
What it reads, what it sends, and what it never touches
It reads
- Completions the provider reports: the credential number, the activity, the date and the credit
It sends or writes
- Whether each reported row was accepted
It never touches
- Whether an unmatched person holds any credential
Setting it up
How it is set up
- Open CE providers under Reports.
- Approve the provider and issue its reporting key.
- The provider reports with the key.
