What it does
Microsoft Teams, in Qualeron
In the Teams channel you make a workflow, "Send webhook alerts to a channel", and paste the address it gives you into Qualeron. Qualeron then posts a card there whenever one of the events you picked happens at your body, with a link back to the record in Qualeron.
A card names the event and the program. Candidate names are left out unless you turn them on for that channel. Email addresses, scores, results and exam answers are never sent.
Connect as many channels as you like, each with its own workflow and events. Pausing or disconnecting stops the cards at once; the workflow stays in Teams until someone deletes it there.
- Posts to the channel whose workflow you paste, one channel per connection
- Your choice of events: applications, decisions, examinations, credentials and vouchers
- A test card before anything is switched on
- Tells you in Qualeron when the workflow stops taking cards, so a silent channel is never mistaken for a quiet day
Your data
What it reads, what it sends, and what it never touches
It reads
- Nothing: Teams tells Qualeron only whether it took each card
It sends or writes
- A card in that channel for each event you pick: the event, the program, and a link to the record in Qualeron
It never touches
- Email addresses
- Scores, results or exam answers
- Candidate names, unless you turn them on for the channel
Setting it up
How it is set up
- In the Teams channel, choose More options, then Workflows, and pick "Send webhook alerts to a channel".
- Copy the address the workflow gives you.
- Open Integrations in Qualeron, connect Microsoft Teams, paste the address, choose the events and send the test card.
You will need: Permission to add workflows to the Teams channel.
Security
How Qualeron holds the connection
- You paste the address of a workflow you make in Teams, so Qualeron never sees your password there.
- The address is stored encrypted and never shown again: the page shows only its host.
- Pausing stops it at once. Disconnecting deletes Qualeron's copy of the address; the workflow stays in Teams until someone deletes it there.
- Every delivery, test and health check is logged in Qualeron with its result.
